2 cups of coffee a day can reduce risk of erectile dysfunction by almost half
It appears that coffee perks up not just the mood and physical performance. A recent study reported that drinking 2 cups of coffee a day can reduce the risk for erectile dysfunction by almost half.
Researchers from the University of Texas conducted a study that involved 3,724 men over the age of 20. They found out that those who consumed 85-170mg of caffeine (1-2 cups of coffee) were 42% less likely to encounter performance problems during their intimate activity. A single cup is not without its benefits. Those who consumed less than a cup a day still had 33% reduction in the incidence of erectile dysfunction. 1-2 cups appear to be the optimum. 3 cups only offered 39% reduction and the percentage gets lower with additional cups.
