Grilled Veggies in Balsamic Vinaigrette
Grilled Veggies in Balsamic Vinaigrette is healthy and fun for the veggie lovers. Very easy to do and very yummy, too!
Button mushroom – 100 grams
Shiitake mushroom – 100 grams
Oyster mushroom – 100 grams
Salt and Pepper to taste
Onion (cubed) – 50 grams
Gourmet Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette- 50 grams
* You can experiment by using other vegetables of your choice.
Simply marinate all the vegetables in Gourmet Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette with salt and pepper. Put in a skewer then grill until cooked. Finally, drizzle with Gourmet Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette. Enjoy!
