Honey Mustard Pork Loin Roast

Here’s one example of the versatility of our Kitchen Exclusives. This recipe uses Gourmet Farms Honey Mustard not as a dressing but a key ingredient in the marinate. Your family will surely love this dish!
1 Pork Loin Roast (500g)
1 bottle of Gourmet Farms Honey Mustard Dressing™
Equal parts of roughly chopped carrots, celery and onion
1. Marinate the loin roast with the honey mustard, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper for at least 1 hour. (You can leave it overnight, or if you plan to serve it for dinner, you can prepare it in the morning and it will be ready for cooking by the time you get back from work.
2. Preheat oven to 200C.
3. In a baking pan, arrange the roughly chopped carrots, celery and onion to form a ”bedding” for the pork. Place the pork on top.
4. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
5. Serve hot. Serves 4
*Allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes after cooking before slicing the pork.
