Lettuce Chip Crusted Chicken Breast Recipe

Here’s an exciting chicken breast recipe with a twist. We crusted the meat with lettuce chips for a unique texture and flavor. Served with garlic dressing.
2 pcs. Boneless Chicken Breasts, pounded thin with a meat mallet
½ a pack of Gourmet Farms Lettuce Chips™, crushed
a sprig of Thyme
1 clove of Garlic, minced
¼ cup of All-purpose flour
2 tbsp Olive oil
*Optional 1 tbsp Gourmet Farms Garlic Dressing™
1. In a bowl, mix crushed lettuce chips, minced garlic, and thyme. In another bowl, beat 1 egg.
2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge each breast in flour, making sure to tap off any excess, dip it in the egg, and then dredge both sides with the lettuce chip mixture.
3. Heat oil in a large sauté pan over high heat. Add the chicken breasts, turn down the heat to medium high, and cook until both sides are golden brown, about 4 minutes each side.
4. Serve with the garlic dressing, if desired.
