Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto-Crusted Beef Fillets


This dish requires only a few ingredients and simple steps but packs a lot of flavor and goodness!

Sundried tomato pesto crusted beef fillets
Ingredients
220g Beef tenderloin fillets
6 tbsp Gourmet Farms Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
salt and pepper to taste

Sides and garnish: cheese polenta, braised Brussels sprouts, blanched asparagus

Preparation
1. Marinade beef fillets overnight with 4tbsp of sun-dried tomato pesto.

2. Season each side of the fillet with salt and pepper.

3. Pan fry or grill fillets.

4. Plate fillets with cheese Ppolenta, braised Brussels sprouts and asparagus. Use the remaining pesto for your sauce.
