We are all about Coffee
We started as coffee traders. We still are. We were the first to introduce Philippine coffee beans to the world. In turn, we brought back the finest beans from the various coffee growing regions around the globe to the country, making these accessible to local consumers. We are the premier coffee roasters in the Philippines with the capacity to roast over 120 tons monthly.
We have gourmet blends, single origin arabicas and Philippine specialty coffee in leading retail stores, institutions and reputable food service accounts. We practice profile roasting and customize blends to the preference of our clients.
Our business is healthy living
We manufacture and market beneficial teas from known local indigenous herbs. Our central kitchen produces our versatile line of salad dressings, pasta sauces and dips without additional preservatives. These are used in our growing ready-to-eat menu of greens salads, sandwiches, pasta and wraps. And of course, our freshly roasted coffee products which happen to be great anti-oxidants too!
First organic farm
We farm the old fashioned, natural way. Our carabaos are the rock stars of our farm. We have greenhouses and open fields of lettuce and culinary herbs. A windmill powers a portion of the farm. We practice vermiculture, using worms to turn waste into a nutrient-rich material to sustain plant growth.

Gourmet’s Cafe is a roadside diner serving the widest array of fresh-brewed coffee selections prepared in various ways – from manual devices to coffee machines – and perfectly paired with our all-day breakfast menu, fresh-baked items or ready-to-eat sandwiches and wraps. All Gourmet products are readily available here. Pasalubong snacks, novelty items and special coffee gadgets fill the shelves of our country store. Must tries: the lettuce and pesto chips sampler station, our signature lemonade and our fresh-brewed cups of single origin arabicas and Philippine specialty coffee, which come in micro lots … what you enjoy today may only be served next year again.
