What is gourmetfarms.com.ph?

"gourmetfarms.com.ph" is the official online store of Gourmet Farms, Inc., offering a curated selection of fresh, pantry, and specialty grocery items delivered straight to your door.

ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our product categories, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes—but only if your order has not yet been packed or dispatched. Please contact us immediately via contactus@gourmetfarms.com.ph.

Is there a minimum order amount?

 No, we do not have a minimum order amount. We do offer free shipping for orders amounting to or exceeding Php 10,000.00

DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Paranaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Taguig, Makati, Pasig, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Valenzuela. If your area isn’t listed, please message us to check availability.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days. For bulk orders or specialty items, additional time may be required.

What are your delivery hours?

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mondays to Saturdays, excluding holidays.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Yes! You may select a preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout. Subject to availability.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash and bank transfers(Metrobank,BPI,BDO Unibank Inc)

 Is online payment secure?

 Absolutely. We use encrypted, PCI-compliant systems to ensure your information is safe.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What if an item I receive is wrong, damaged, or expired?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

 Do you accept returns for perishable items?

Due to safety concerns, we do not accept returns for fresh or frozen goods unless they are defective or expired upon delivery.

How do I request a refund?

Email us at contactus@gourmetfarms.com.ph with the details. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method or as store credit.

PRODUCTS

Are your products always in stock?

We try our best to keep everything available, but items may occasionally go out of stock. If a product in your order is unavailable, we will contact you with options for replacement or refund.

Where are your products sourced?

Many of our items are locally sourced, including farm-fresh produce from our own farms and partners. Specialty and imported items are carefully selected for quality and authenticity.
