2. Ordering & Payment
- Accuracy: Ensure all order details (address, quantity) are correct before payment.
- Payment Methods: We accept [Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, etc.].
- Pricing: Prices are in PHP and subject to change without notice.
3. Shipping & Delivery (Metro Manila)
- Delivery Time: Estimated [3–5 business days] for Metro Manila (varies by courier).
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders over PHP 10,000.
- Failed Deliveries: Due to incorrect addresses will incur re-shipping fees.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Follow our Return & Refund Policy for damaged/incorrect items.
- Change-of-mind returns require unused/unopened products and customer-paid shipping.
5. Product Descriptions & Liability
- We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee colors/sizes match screens exactly.
- Limitation of Liability: We’re not liable for indirect damages (e.g., profit loss).
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use our products for illegal purposes.
- Resell items as "new" if opened/used.
- Harass staff or misuse customer service.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content (logos, product images) is owned by Gourmet Farms Inc. and protected under copyright laws.

- Philippine Law: These terms are governed by laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
