Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 100g Potatoes
- 20g Celery
- 50g Carrots
- 30g Onions
- 5g Dill
- 50g Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100ml Gourmet Farms Sicilian Dressing
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes, celery, carrots and onions into bite size cubes. Mix in a bowl.
2. Add chopped dill, mustard and Gourmet Farms Sicilian Dressing.
3. Season well.

Basil Lemon Chicken Pasta
Basil Lemon Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add cooked pasta, basil, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
3. Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Remove from the heat and add the basil.
7. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.
8. Return to the heat and stir in the heavy cream if using.
9. Season with salt and pepper.

Directions:
1. Spread 1 bottle of Gourmet Farms Bolognese Sauce on pizza dough.

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
5. Sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.

- 200g Chicken Breast
- 20ml Lemon
- 5g Rosemary
- 5g Thyme
- 1g Sage
- 20g Garlic
- 50g Spinach
- 50g Cherry Tomatoes
- 50g Gourmet Farms Fresh Herb Vinaigrette
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken breast with herbs, lemon, and garlic.
2. Grill for about 5 minutes per side.
3. Toss spinach and cherry tomatoes with oil and arrange nicely on a plate.
4. Put chicken on top of the salad.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Gourmet Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp dried Italian herb seasoning
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix Gourmet Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette, chicken broth, sugar, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
2. Place the chicken in the marinade, 10 minutes on each side.
3. Remove the chicken and set aside the marinade.
4. Place chicken in a pan and cook until brown.
5. Pour the marinade into the skillet for 5 minutes and serve.
Crunchy Baked Pesto Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp Gourmet Farms Pesto Sauce
Directions:
1. Combine panko, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet, and coat each side with Gourmet Farms Pesto Sauce.
4. Press panko mix into chicken, then bake for 20 minutes.

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine basil, olive oil, soy sauce, and garlic.
2. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat.
3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.

- 50ml Lemon

- 50g Onions

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1-2 Thai chilies, chopped (optional)
- Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and Thai chilies. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Add basil leaves and cook until wilted.
5. Serve over cooked jasmine rice.

- 1 1/2 Pounds Shrimp
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Yellow Onion
- 5 Cloves Garlic
- 2 cups Gourmet Farms Salsa
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 3/4 cup White Wine
- 1 Red Chili Pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet, saute the onion.
2. Add garlic, stir until brown.
3. Mix Gourmet Farms Salsa, red bell pepper, white wine, red chili pepper puree, lemon juice & lime juice into the onion mixture, bring to a boil, and reduce heat.
4. Add shrimp and salsa mixture until shrimp are cooked. Garnish with more cilantro and serve.

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 red bell pepper

- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup blue cheese
- 4 Gourmet Farms mixed greens
Directions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet, cook onion and red pepper for 10 minutes.
2. Add Gourmet Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette, season with salt and pepper.
3. Place fillets in a baking dish, top with Gourmet Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette mixture, and sprinkle blue cheese.
4. Bake until fish flakes easily, and serve atop salad greens.

Basil Pesto Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup basil pesto (Gourmet Farms Pesto Sauce)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
3. Transfer dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
4. Spread basil pesto evenly over the dough.

2. Deep fry tofu until golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients:
- 50g Cauliflower
- 50g Broccoli
- 50g Carrots
- 50g Zucchini
- 10g Onions
- 10g Garlic
- 20ml Lemon
- 100ml Gourmet Farms Garlic Dressing
Directions:
1. On a flat baking pan, mix in all vegetables and oil.
2. Season and bake at 375°F/180°C for 20-25 mins until charred.
3. Set aside. De-glaze baking pan with water and lemon juice and reduce. Toss over sauce and season well.

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, basil, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
2. Process until smooth, adding a little water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup honey or sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 cups water
- Ice
Instructions:
1. In a pitcher, combine lemon juice and honey (or sugar). Stir until dissolved.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Remove from the heat and add the basil leaves. Let steep for 10 minutes.
3. Strain the syrup into a bowl, discarding the basil leaves.
4. Add the lime juice and lime zest to the syrup.
5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

1. Combine basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
1. Blanch basil leaves in boiling water for 10 seconds, then transfer to an ice bath to cool.
2. Pat basil leaves dry with a paper towel.
3. In a blender, combine basil and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
