Refund policy

For Metro Manila Deliveries

1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

  • You may request a return/refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • The item is unopened and in its original packaging (for change-of-mind returns).
  • Non-returnable: Perishable goods, personalized items, or products with broken seals (unless faulty).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/contact form] with:
    • Order number.
    • Photos/video of the issue (e.g., damaged product).
  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Return Process

  • Metro Manila Customers:
    • Free pickup for defective/damaged items (we’ll arrange a courier).
    • Self-return for change-of-mind returns (customer covers shipping).
  • Return to our address:
    Km. 52 Aguinaldo Hwy, Silang, 4118 Cavite

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once the returned item is verified:
    • Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
    • Replacements: Shipped within 2–3 business days (Metro Manila).

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size/color are allowed if stock is available. Contact us first.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refunds exclude shipping fees.
